Byron Lowe

Bio

Coach Lowe is entering his 12th season coaching high school football. This will be his 7th season at BGHS. Coach Lowe graduated from Western Kentucky University, and has also completed a masters degree from the University of the Cumberlands. Before coming to BGHS, he spent time coaching at Greenwood High School (2015-17) and Grayson County High School (2013-14). While growing up Coach Lowe spent time in Louisville (KY) and Leitchfield (KY), and is a 2013 graduate of Grayson County High School. He teaches Social Studies at Bowling Green High School and also serves as Assistant Athletic Director. Coach Lowe is engaged to his fiancée Savannah, as they plan to be married in 2025. He will also gain a son Cason (8), who already loves spending time around Purples Football.
